People buy fanfiction for their children when they don't give a fuck. They just see "Minecraft" and go "hey, that's the thing my kid likes -- maybe pandering to a superficial understanding of their interests will make up for neglecting to attempt to understand or share those interests." I am telling you that these are real, purchasable things and there is no god.

Sooooo... I'm still torn on Bodacious Space Pirates. It's... it's not a bad show, by any means -- but it feels pretty predictable in some ways? I'm still definitely going to finish it, but I guess it just doesn't quite make it to the Space Dandy/Sabagebu tier... Might be due to Marika's ultra-genki plot armor, and I'm not really down with her pet princesses, because whythefuck. ALTHOUGH! I am totally down with it anytime they want to throw me a curve ball like the following:
